I worked at the Vegetable Parchment Mills (VPM) for a short time (2 years), until its closure in 1967. As I was probably the youngest employee at the time and, to my knowledge, there are very few surviving employees remaining, I thought I should commit a few facts and memories to (electronic) paper !
I have included as many of the relevant details as I can remember together with some original photographs and schematics.
