Reply To: Wolvercote Paper Mill

According to Harry Carters book on the Wolvercote Mill a Quelch, probably Thomas and later John operated the mill in the mid 1600’s. I am tracing the history of this family and, if anyone have any further information on their activities in Wolvercote or other members involved in paper making elsewhere it would be much appreciated.
