About Angela Sutton-Vane

I'm doing an AHRC funded PhD at the Open University on the laying down of policing history and examining the material culture of crime files; I have collected images of watermarks from police file paperwork, currently largely from 1900 to 1910, but am finding it almost impossible to locate information about the watermarks or the paper mills associated with them. I'm hoping this forum may be able to help.
